Please, you must make sure that the mailing address provided is valid and accurate. We will not be responsible for any loss if the parcel is delivered to the wrong recipient and is unable to retrieve it.
Your request for a refund will only be accepted after you have successfully returned the empty jars and any unopened jars in their original/sealed form without any impairment in 30 days. Hence, we’d recommend you to use a reputable courier company to ship back the empty jars and unopened jars with a tracking code, because we are unable to issue a refund if we do not receive your returned goods.
Once we receive your returned goods, we will issue you a refund using the same payment channel that you used within 6 business days.
